CN-Reader: fetch China-geo-fenced pages via mainland residential IP

Fetch any URL from inside mainland China (zhihu.com, bilibili.com, weibo.com, douyin, CN e-commerce) and return clean extracted text as JSON {title, description, text}. Agents on datacenter or foreign IPs cannot reach CN geo-fenced content; this endpoint can. Query param: ?url=<target> (GET) or JSON body {"url": ...} (POST). Outcome delivered (clean text), not a raw proxy. SSRF-guarded, 20s timeout, HTML/text/JSON only.
