Covers 9 carriers (ODFL, Saia, Estes, ABF, R+L, TForce, XPO, SEFL, Averitt) with DOE diesel price and up to 5 years of weekly history. Data extracted from JS-rendered carrier tariff pages and served as normalized JSON. Every response includes a _verifiability block with extraction timestamp, confidence score, and source URL.
